• Account Information: Email address and authentication data collected via Clerk when you sign up or sign in.
• Usage Data: Records of analyses run, tickers searched, trading modes used, and API usage costs to enforce subscription limits.
• Analysis History: Your last 5 ticker analyses, last 3 picks scans, and most recent market briefing per mode — stored to provide history recall.
• Payment Information: Subscription and billing data processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never store card numbers or full payment details.
• Technical Data: Server logs including IP addresses and request metadata for security and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the BullEdge service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Enforce subscription usage limits and process payments
• Store and retrieve your analysis history
• Monitor and improve service performance and reliability
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

BullEdge uses the following third-party services which may process your data according to their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Analysis history is kept on a rolling basis (last 5 analyses, last 3 picks scans, latest briefing per mode)
• Usage data is tracked monthly and reset at the start of each billing period
• Account data is retained until you request deletion

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and environment-variable-based secrets management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

BullEdge uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication purposes only (managed by Clerk). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
